I contacted Intervideo support through E-Mail, which I never did get a response. I then rebooted to normal mode and the vitual was gone. Improve your pc peformance with this new update. Just to let others know. I too installed intervideo DVD copy, but not only did I get a virtual drive that would not go away, I got a trojan.
